The Carre is also calles Corner Bet.
The Carre is a very popular betting option. Here, the stakes will be placed on the center cross of a square of 2 vertical by 2 horizontal numbers.
If the ball lands in one of the four numbers, the player can be happy. He will receive the bet stake multiplied by 8. This amount will paid additionaly to the original bet stake.
It generally makes no difference whether to place a bet of 1 piece on each of 4 Pleins or to place a bet of 4 pieces on one Carre. In both cases are winning percentage and payout ratio the same.
The payment amount for a hit on a Carre / Corner is:
stake * 8 + stake
With a bet of 4 pieces so:
4 * 8 + 4 = 36
