I was in a very long session with over 9,000 spins, and now I can't access my account anymore. Could you check my account so I can regain access? I don’t want to reset my account balance; I just want to be able to log back in and continue playing without resetting the balance.

Have you tried the password reset?

The password is not the issue; however, I tried changing it, and it lets me do so without any problem.
The problem is that when I enter the username and password, it just keeps loading and loading, but the page never finishes loading. It's as if it can't find my user profile or there's an issue with the user in the database.

Hmm. have you managed to fix this yet?
Try clearing cache and cookies in your browser and trying again.

No, the issue is not resolved yet, and I still can’t access my account.
I’ve already tried everything on my side, including clearing the cache and cookies, and I’ve also tried accessing my account from different devices (mobile and desktop) and browsers, but the problem persists.
It seems clear that this is a server-side issue with my account, not something I can fix as a user. I would really appreciate it if you could investigate further. Thank you for your time and assistance!

I think we have found the issue.
Please can you request a password reset using the link I provided earlier and let me know if it works. Cheers.

Only 2 sessions played should appear and many more appear.

Unfortunately, some of your play history data became corrupted in our databases, causing the login issues. I'm afraid we had to delete some of your gameplay history. I apologize for this. We're looking into why this happened.

These types of errors are common when the games exceed 5,000 spins. I have experienced similar issues with incorrectly reported balances on games above that number of spins—not all the time, but sometimes on accounts I created in the past.
