Roulette Simulator is a social gaming platform where players interact through multiplayer tables, tournaments, and chat. These guidelines exist to keep our community fun, fair, and welcoming for everyone.

Be Respectful

Treat other players the way you would want to be treated. We welcome players from all backgrounds and expect everyone to show basic respect in all interactions.

No hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, or discrimination of any kind.
No personal attacks, bullying, threats, or harassment.
No sexually explicit or violent content.
Friendly banter and light teasing is fine. Genuinely mean or cruel behaviour is not.

Keep Chat Clean

Our multiplayer chat is a shared space. Keep it enjoyable for everyone.

No excessive profanity or vulgar language.
No spam or repetitive messages.
No advertising, promotion, or links to external websites.
No sharing personal information (yours or anyone else's).
No impersonating staff, admins, or other players.

Play Fair

Fair play is the foundation of our community.

No exploiting bugs or glitches. If you find one, report it.
No using third-party tools, scripts, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
No account sharing, selling, or trading.
No colluding with other players in tournaments.
No creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses.

Usernames

Your username is visible to all players. Choose something appropriate.

No offensive, racist, sexist, or discriminatory usernames.
No impersonation of staff, celebrities, or other players.
No usernames containing personal information or contact details.
We reserve the right to change or reset usernames that violate these guidelines.

How We Moderate

We use a combination of automated AI moderation and human review to enforce these guidelines.

AI Moderation: Chat messages and usernames are automatically reviewed by our AI system. Messages that violate our guidelines may be silently removed.
Shadow Moderation: In some cases, a user who violates chat rules will still see their own message, but other players will not. This is done to prevent escalation.
Human Review: Flagged content may be reviewed by our moderation team for context.

Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in the following actions, depending on severity and frequency:

Warning: First-time minor offences may receive a warning.
Chat Mute: Temporary or permanent muting from chat.
Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account.
Account Termination: Permanent ban for serious or repeated violations. All virtual coins are forfeited.

We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion. Decisions regarding moderation are final.

If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it to us at [email protected] or through our contact form. Include as much detail as possible (usernames, approximate time, description of the issue).

Changes

We may update these guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
