About Baccarat Simulator
Baccarat is one of the oldest and most elegant casino card games. Often associated with high-rollers and James Bond, Baccarat is actually one of the simplest games to learn. The objective is straightforward: bet on whether the Player's or Banker's hand will be closer to 9, or whether it will be a Tie.
Despite its reputation as a game for the elite, Baccarat has one of the lowest house edges of any casino game. The Banker bet has a house edge of just 1.06%, making it one of the best bets in the casino.
How to Play Baccarat
Two hands are dealt: the Player and the Banker. Each hand receives two cards. Card values: Aces = 1, 2-9 = face value, 10s and face cards = 0. Only the last digit of the total counts (so 15 becomes 5). A third card may be drawn according to fixed rules.
If either hand totals 8 or 9 with the first two cards, it's a "natural" and no more cards are drawn. The Banker bet pays even money minus a 5% commission. The Player bet pays even money. A Tie bet typically pays 8:1 or 9:1 but has a much higher house edge.
Baccarat Strategy
The most important strategic advice: bet on the Banker. The Banker bet wins slightly more often due to drawing rules. Avoid the Tie bet entirely, as it carries a house edge of over 14%. Some players track patterns on scorecards, but mathematically each hand is independent.
