1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the required age, you may not use the Services.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe the user does not meet the age requirement.

2. Nature of the Service

Roulette Simulator is a free-to-play social entertainment platform. The games offered are simulations for entertainment and educational purposes only. Key points:

  • All gameplay uses virtual coins with no real-world monetary value.
  • Virtual coins cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money, goods, or services.
  • The Service is not a gambling service. No real-money wagering is offered or facilitated.
  • Success in our games does not imply future success in real-money gambling.
  • Our games use cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generation (CSPRNG) for fair and unpredictable outcomes.
  • Tournaments may include automated bot players (computer-controlled participants) to ensure a minimum number of participants and a better gameplay experience. Bot players are clearly identified with a "BOT" label and a distinctive robot avatar.

3. Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. When you create an account:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

4. Virtual Coins and Purchases

Our Services offer virtual coins ("Coins") that can be used within the games. You receive free Coins as part of the Services (e.g., daily coin claims). You may also purchase additional Coins through the Site.

  • Coins are a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use a virtual item within the Services. You do not own Coins; they are licensed to you.
  • Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or real-world value under any circumstances.
  • We do not guarantee the continued availability of Coins or any virtual items. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual items at any time.
  • Prices for Coin packs may change at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or remove Coins at any time and for any reason.
  • If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you forfeit all Coins in your account without compensation.

5. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

All purchases of Coins are processed by our payment partner, Xsolla Inc. ("Xsolla"), who acts as the merchant of record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Xsolla's terms of service and refund policy.

  • Finality: All purchases of Coins are considered final once the Coins are credited to your account.
  • EU/UK Consumers: Under EU and UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, by using the Coins (placing bets, entering tournaments), you acknowledge that the digital content has been fully performed and you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. We will clearly inform you of this before each purchase.
  • Australian Consumers: Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if the product is not as described or does not meet consumer guarantees.
  • Refund Requests: If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Xsolla support, email us at [email protected], or submit a request through our contact form. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.
  • Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes on purchases. Xsolla may collect and remit taxes where required by law.

6. Tournaments and Bot Players

Our Services include tournament features where multiple players compete using virtual coins. To ensure tournaments start on time and provide a competitive experience, we may include automated bot players ("Bots") in tournament play.

  • Identification: Bot players are always clearly identified with a "BOT" label displayed next to their name and avatar throughout the tournament. Bots use distinctive robot-themed avatars and unique bot usernames (e.g., "RoboMax", "CyberLucy") so they are easily distinguishable from human players.
  • Purpose: Bots are used solely to fill tournament seats when insufficient human players have registered, ensuring tournaments can proceed rather than being cancelled. Bots are never used in solo play or multiplayer table games.
  • Fair Play: Bots play using randomised betting strategies and receive no advantage over human players. They are subject to the same game rules, spin outcomes, and payout calculations as all other participants. Spin results are generated using CSPRNG before any bets are placed.
  • Prize Distribution: If a bot finishes in a prize-winning position, the prize coins are not awarded to any real account. Only human players receive prize payouts to their wallets.
  • No Deception: We do not attempt to disguise bots as human players. The BOT label is always visible in the tournament lobby, leaderboard, and results.
  • Configuration: The number of bots and the conditions under which they join a tournament are configured by our administrators on a per-tournament basis.

7. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or bully other users.
  • Post or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Use unauthorised automated tools, bots, scripts, or cheats to access or interact with the Services. (Note: this does not apply to our own system-operated bot players described in Section 5, which are an official feature of the tournament system.)
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
  • Buy, sell, trade, or transfer accounts or virtual Coins outside of the Services.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services.

Our multiplayer chat is moderated using automated AI moderation and may be subject to human review. Messages that violate these rules may be removed without notice. Repeat offenders may be muted or have their accounts suspended. For full details, see our Community Guidelines.

8. User Content

Our Services may allow you to submit content, including chat messages, usernames, and profile information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content in connection with the Services.

We may remove or moderate any User Content at our sole discretion and without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, are owned by Roulette Simulator or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Services without our express written consent.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Limitation of Liability
